The 3 Cs: caffeine, calories, and cocktails... Of course you need the right amount of all, and the right sequencing, but if you get that all is forgiven.
And days like this don't hurt either...
I went to Japan recently, my first time out of the country, my first time on a plane actually, and when I got there I had *no* Jet Lag. When I got back on the other hand I was in a bad place, a very bad place, for nearly a week. 13 hour time difference.
That IS a nice day!
